RETURN POLICY

10 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for up to 10 days, we will offer an exchange, credit or refund.

 

A minimum of 10% restocking fee applies to all online purchases. Items must be returned in original shipped condition, with no signs of use. Items must include original packaging, manuals, cables, warranty cards etc. All returns will be inspected before completing any return, additional charges may apply. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective. If your purchase included free shipping, that amount will be deducted from the amount being refunded. 

  

Returns are not valid for:

·       special orders, clearance items, software, books, clothing, open or used strings, earbud headphones, harmonicas, microphones, drumheads, or sticks, and any other reason making the item not in a new salable condition. 

 

Returns may take up to 10 days to completely process. All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Returns after 10 days will NOT be accepted. 

 

All Returns must include an original invoice and a Return Authorization Number, to acquire a RA# email us at [email protected] Returns without a RA# will not be accepted.
